Natassja is a corporate lawyer with varied cross-sector M&A and advisory experience.
Natassja is a senior associate in the Corporate division. During her time at the firm she has advised a number of our key clients on some of the most high profile and strategic transactions in the market. She has experience acting on a variety of corporate transactional matters, including public and private acquisitions and divestments for both listed and non-listed clients. Natassja has particular experience working with financial services, consumer goods and corporate real estate clients. SShe spent nine months on secondment to the M&A legal team at Schroders plc in 2025- 2026, advising on a number of transformational projects for Schroders. She also spent six months on secondment to the M&A legal team at global insurance broker WTW in 2019.
