Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is acting as adviser to Bardin Hill – a New York-based private credit manager – in its sale to Man Group, a global alternative investment management firm.
Bardin Hill currently has approximately $3 billion in assets under management (AUM). This strategic acquisition will further strengthen Man Group’s credit platform, which currently comprises nearly $40 billion of AUM, and expand its foothold in the US private credit market.
The HSF Kramer team representing Bardin Hill was led by Corporate partner Damian Petrovic and includes special counsel Ross Karlik and associate Joseph E. D’Arco.
