Alice is an associate in the firm’s dispute practice in London.

Alice has broad experience of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Based in our London office, Alice has worked on a number of high profile and high value claims before the High Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal, arbitral Tribunals (under various institutional rules) and public inquiries.

Alice advises clients in a number of sectors, and has particular experience working with clients in energy, technology and retail. During her training contract at the firm Alice was seconded to TfL, where she gained experience of procurement disputes.

In 2024, Alice qualified as a solicitor advocate.

  • a core participant in relation to a public inquiry
  • various major energy companies in relation to long term gas supply agreements
  • a global investment bank on an internal investigation following concerns raised by a whistle-blower

Background

Alice was educated at the University of Cambridge, where she obtained a degree in History, and then studied at BPP University Law School where she gained distinctions in the Graduate Diploma in Law and Accelerated Legal Practice Course.
