Amelie is an associate who works within our energy, mining and infrastructure team in Paris.
Amélie is a French-qualified lawyer advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional project development, joint venture and cross-border M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on matters spanning Europe, Africa and South America.

- Maurel & Prom on its acquisition of a 21% interest in the Sinu-9 gas block in Colombia, complementing the previously announced acquisition of a 40% operating working interest in February 2025, on which we also advised Maurel & Prom
- Verbund in its partnership with TE H2, a joint venture between TotalEnergies and EREN Group, for the development of the H2 Notos project, a large green hydrogen project in Tunisia that will export green hydrogen to Central Europe through pipelines
- Hartree Partners, a global energy and commodities trading company, on the acquisition of the Touton SAS, a global commodity trading company specializing in cocoa, coffee, vanilla, and spices and headquartered in France
- Atlantic Tin on its acquisition from Managem S.A. of Société Anonyme d'Entreprises Minières (SAMINE), which owns the past producing El Hammam mine, including its infrastructure and tenements, located adjacent to the Achmmach Tin Project in Morocco
- Willis Towers Watson on the sale of certain of its shareholdings and businesses in Africa
- Genmin on a long-term rail and port infrastructure use agreement with Owendo Mineral Port in connection with Genmin's flagship Baniaka iron ore project in the Republic of Gabon
- Proximus Luxembourg SA in the sale of its mobile tower infrastructure in Luxembourg to InfraRed's EIIF4 fund
- Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) on legal issues relating to its bauxite mine in Guinea (GAC) including corporate, finance and commercial contracts

Background
Amélie joined HSF Kramer in 2024. She previously worked for a mining lobbying association, where she gained experience in stakeholder engagement, regulatory analysis and supporting major mining companies on strategic projects.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Human Rights from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and an LL.M. in Energy Law from Queen Mary University of London.
