He has extensive experience advising on complex private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, buy and build, co-investments, exits, and restructurings. His clients include PE funds, management teams, sovereign wealth funds, development and multilateral finance institutions, strategic investors, and portfolio companies.

Arijeet is particularly active in the mid-market private equity segment and has worked on market-leading deals. He was recognised as a 'rising star' in private equity in Europe by Law.com international in 2025. Clients consistently commend his strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate sophisticated deal structures balancing the competing interests of multiple stakeholders.

He is dual qualified in England & Wales and India and also holds a qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.
