Bernadetta Troisi
Bernadetta is an Italian-qualified lawyer specialising in corporate law and a member of the Milan Corporate department.
She advises private equity and venture capital institutions and investment funds on a broad range of corporate transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs and buy-ins, private equity and venture capital investments, as well as M&A and restructuring transactions. She also assists industrial companies on corporate and commercial matters.
Bernadetta has also gained extensive experience in equity capital markets (ECM), assisting Italian issuers as well as Italian and international financial institutions, acting as global coordinators and/or sponsors and Euronext Growth Advisors in listing processes on the Italian regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities (MTFs). She has also advised on numerous takeover bids relating to shares and other financial instruments listed on regulated markets and MTFs. Bernadetta regularly advises listed companies (on regulated markets and MTFs) on corporate and regulatory matters.
