She also has expertise in advising on renewable energy projects, project financing, acquisition financing, and green and sustainability-linked financing.

Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Prolegis, Bao Hui was part of a Band 1 ranked banking and finance practice in one of Singapore's largest law firms. Bao Hui's experience includes secondment to the project finance team at a local bank in Singapore.
