Csilla is an associate in the corporate energy and infrastructure team.

Csilla's experience includes advising a range of clients on private mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, project development, and general corporate matters across the energy, renewables, mining, and resources sectors. 

Csilla previously spent six months in the firm's Hong Kong office on secondment in the Corporate Energy team.

  • Zhaojin on its successful takeover bid for ASX-listed gold miner Tietto Minerals, valuing the company at A$733 million
  • Plastic Energy, a global leader in chemical recycling, on its 2022 significant capital raise
  • Marubeni on its joint venture with bp to invest in offshore wind in Japan
  • advising a confidential debt fund regarding a loan to Fortum Glasgow Limited and Green Investment Group in relation to the development of the South Clyde Energy Centre, Glasgow (an energy from waste facility with capacity of c.35MW)
  • Iberdrola, through its subsidiary Scottish Power, on the acquisition of a portfolio of 12 solar PV plants in the UK from Elgin Energy.

Background

Csilla graduated from the University of Manchester with first class honours degree in law and subsequently completed the Master of Laws at the London School of Economics.
