Federica is Head of Finance in the Digital Legal Delivery’s UK and EMEA region and leads the finance team in Belfast.
Digital Finance team provides high-quality, cost-effective transactional support to the firm's core Finance teams in London and across its international network on a broad range of finance work, including real estate finance, project finance (oil and gas), aviation finance, trade finance, acquisition finance and securitisations.
The Digital Finance team works also regularly on due diligence exercises and large-scale amendment/"repapering" projects, often driven by regulatory change and entailing counterparty outreach and negotiations.

Background
Prior to joining the firm in Belfast in 2016, Federica was a Senior Associate at a leading international law firm. Federica is a senior finance lawyer with 14+ years of domestic and international banking & finance experience, which she gained whilst working in various City of London firms. Federica has extensive experience in a broad range of finance work, including general corporate lending, acquisition finance, syndicated lending, project finance and securitisations, regularly advising sponsors, lenders and other financial institution on high-value, multi-jurisdictional finance transactions.
Federica is dual qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and as "avvocato" in Italy.
