Kapish is a senior associate in our corporate practice, based in the London office.
Kapish has experience advising on a range of international and domestic corporate, private equity, corporate finance, commercial and corporate governance matters, primarily focusing on private M&A, private equity and joint venture/co-investment transactions. Kapish has particular experience working on matters in the insurance, financial services and healthcare/life sciences sectors.
Kapish has also previously spent 6 months working in the Singapore office of an international law firm.
