- advised an Asia-based real estate developer and its capital partner in the formation of a joint venture real estate platform focused on workforce housing in Southeast Asia
- advised a private capital sponsor in forming a series of SPVs to raise capital and make subsequent investments into leading technology companies using different structures, including secondary sales of LP interest.
