Ken is a transactional attorney with significant experience advising major US and Asia-based corporations and private funds across the private capital deal life cycle – including fund formation, secondaries, complex cross-border deals (competitive auctions, negotiated transactions, strategic joint ventures, and group restructurings), and Singapore regulatory matters.

  • advised a US public company in its post-acquisition global tax optimization and group restructuring exercise spanning 15+ jurisdictions across APAC, Europe and US
  • advised a Nordic public company in its strategic acquisition of a global gas chromatograph business
  • advised an Asia-based real estate developer and its capital partner in the formation of a joint venture real estate platform focused on workforce housing in Southeast Asia
  • advised a private capital sponsor in forming a series of SPVs to raise capital and make subsequent investments into leading technology companies using different structures, including secondary sales of LP interest.
