Merryn has acted in major strategic litigation for leading Australian companies across a wide range of jurisdictions and industry sectors – especially mining, energy, technology and financial services. Merryn’s experience includes crisis management, contentious cyber matters, shareholder and joint venture disputes, complex contractual disputes, defamation and media disputes and white collar crime.
