Pauline is an associate in the Paris office's Dispute Resolution team, with a focus on banking and financial litigation.

Pauline assists corporates as well as insurance firms, whether in the context of civil or commercial disputes or disciplinary proceedings before regulatory authorities (French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR)). She also advises financial institutions on banking and financial regulatory matters.

Before joining Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer as an associate, Pauline completed several litigation internships at international law firms, at the Legal Affairs Directorate of the AMF, as well as an apprenticeship within the Markets Directorate of the Banque de France (France's central bank).

Background

Pauline holds a dual degree in Business Law and Management (MiM) from the SKEMA Business School, as well as the Master’s degree in Financial Law (259) from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL. 

She was admitted to the Paris bar in 2025.
