Shari Kahn Krouner represents funds and investors in private equity, co-investment, and merger and acquisition transactions, as well as issuers in public and private debt and equity offerings.

She also works closely with the firm's Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, advising clients on legal, structural, and transactional issues across a range of complex matters.

Shari has played a prominent role in representing Lexington Partners across all of its co-investment transactions, encompassing more than $10 billion of committed capital across more than 610 portfolio companies worldwide alongside over 200 sponsors. She currently represents Del Monte Foods Corporation II Inc., one of the largest U.S. producers, distributors, and marketers of premium branded food products, in its Chapter 11 cases, in particular, its value maximizing Section 363 sale process as part of a broader strategic restructuring.

Other notable representations include an out-of-court restructuring of a large retail operator of international franchised quick service restaurants; the official unsecured creditors' committees for The Hertz Corporation, Residential Capital, NII Holdings, and Smurfit-Stone Container; the Ad Hoc Group of Bondholders holding approximately $3 billion of bonds in PREPA, Puerto Rico's electric utility; bondholders, acquirers, potential acquirers, and other major creditors in the restructurings of Jefferson County (Alabama), and ASARCO; lenders in Westmoreland Coal; and debtors in the bankruptcies of General Maritime and Bally Total Fitness.

In addition to her client work, Shari serves on the firm's Hiring, Investment, and Women's Initiative Committees.
