Advising DFS Lab on the formation of venture capital funds to invest in seed and pre-seed digital payment businesses in sub-Saharan Africa.  The funds seek to expand financial inclusion and to provide micro- and small enterprises with capital, training, and tools to succeed in the online economy

Enhanced Capital Group

Advising Enhanced Capital Group ("ECG") on the launch of its evergreen fund structure.  The fund will make project finance loans in the real estate, brownfields and sustainable infrastructure sectors to projects that meet ECG’s impact criteria, namely underserved communities, environmental sustainability, and community development programs.

BlackRock Impact Opportunities

Advising on a joint venture with Greystone Housing Impact Investors to finance the construction or rehabilitation of multifamily affordable housing properties throughout the United States

Advised on its joint venture with GIC, Broadgate REIT, and on the creation of a JV with Abu Dhabi based Modon Holdings

National Grid

Advised on its £7.8 billion acquisition of Western Power Distribution, its £630 million sale of ESO to the UK Government and its £1.5 billion sale of LNG Grain

Standard Chartered
