Advising DFS Lab on the formation of venture capital funds to invest in seed and pre-seed digital payment businesses in sub-Saharan Africa. The funds seek to expand financial inclusion and to provide micro- and small enterprises with capital, training, and tools to succeed in the online economy
Advising Enhanced Capital Group ("ECG") on the launch of its evergreen fund structure.
