Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer advises certain shareholders in $375 million equity offering of LATAM Airlines Group S.A. shares

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer advised certain shareholders of LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (LATAM) in a $375 million public offering to sell ten million American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing 2,000 common shares of LATAM, the leading passenger and cargo airline group in South America. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as underwriter for the offering, which closed on June 18, 2025.
