Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (HSF Kramer) is pleased to be advising CSL on its recently announced proposed demerger of its Seqirus business (Seqirus) as a standalone ASX-listed entity by the end of Financial Year 2026.
Seqirus is one of the world’s largest influenza vaccine providers, dedicated to advancing public health through innovative vaccine solutions and pandemic preparedness.
