Annabelle is an associate in the Financial Sponsors Group with a particular focus on Private Equity and Growth Capital.
Annabelle has a range of experience acting for financial sponsors, institutional investors and portfolio companies on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, venture and growth capital investments, disposals and other corporate matters.

- DWS Asset Management on its divestment of its managed investments in Kelda Holdings Limited (the holding company of Yorkshire Water)
- Stonepeak on its transaction with Cellnex Telecom to acquire a 49% interest in Cellnex Sweden and Cellnex Denmark for €730 million

Background
Annabelle has an undergraduate degree in European Law (LLB) from Maastricht University and a postgraduate degree in International Law (LLM) from University College London. She completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School (London).
Annabelle is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and joined HSF Kramer in 2023. During her time at the firm, she spent six months on secondment in our Hong Kong office and six months on client secondment at one of the world's largest alternative asset management firms.
