Clément advises and assists clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border real estate finance, fund financing, acquisition refinancing, and corporate lending for international clients, including private equity houses and family offices.
He assists at all levels of restructuring and financing transactions, including structuring, corporate governance, and security and guarantee arrangements. Clément has provided corporate, finance, and legal assistance to major private equity firms and credit institutions in Luxembourg.
