Jack McDonell
Jack acts for a range of private equity sponsors, private entities, founders and growth companies on private treaty M&A transactions and equity arrangements.
Jack works within the Sydney private equity and venture capital team advising a number of Australia’s leading private equity funds, growth businesses and private corporations on their investments and most strategic transactions.
Jack is actively involved in managing some of the firm’s key private equity client relationships. Jack has also undertaken a secondment as legal counsel at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and x15 ventures.
Prior to joining the firm, Jack spent a number of years at a global law firm advising on multi-jurisdictional private equity and M&A deals.
