Jeremy is the Executive Partner, UK and EMEA.

Jeremy is the Executive Partner for the UK and EMEA and Managing Partner of the London office. As a member of the firm's Global Executive he helps lead the firm's strategic priorities and deliver its client and markets strategies driving strong financial performance and resilience across its regions.

In addition to his leadership roles, Jeremy remains an active private capital real assets lawyer leading on some of the most complex and high-value investment, joint venture and financing transactions in the market. His clients include leading real estate and infrastructure investors across the public and private markets and his extensive experience offers real advantages in terms of project delivery and risk mitigation.

Alongside his established domestic and international client base, Jeremy regularly works with investors who are new to the UK and European real estate markets and has helped numerous clients successfully complete their first investments and joint ventures in the UK and Europe.

Jeremy is listed as a leading individual by Legal 500 UK (Commercial Property: Investment) and ranked in Chambers UK.

  • a global investment fund on its £1.5 billion joint venture and acquisition of Capital Park, which will be developed into a life sciences property, located at Capital Park in Cambridge
  • City Developments Limited on its £181 million acquisition of four purpose-built student accommodation buildings (total of 1,657 beds) across England
  • the funding banks on a circa £430 million financing of the Nine Elms development
  • Goldman Sachs on two disposals of a PRS portfolio including over 1,000 homes, including a corporate real estate disposal of an ongoing development site and an asset disposal of 15 sites predominantly let
  • an investment fund on the acquisition of the circa £180 million Clerkenwell Collection of properties
  • Macquarie Capital on its joint venture with John Laing to finance the development of circa £200 million of retirement living properties with McCarthy and Stone
