Jessica is an associate in our corporate team based in Mainland China.
Jessica focuses on cross‑border capital markets and corporate transactions, advising on Hong Kong and U.S. IPOs, post‑listing compliance, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations. Jessica is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.

Background
Jessica received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Cornell Law School, and was an exchange student at Peking University Law School. She also holds a Master of Science in Public Relations from Syracuse University (Newhouse School), as well as Bachelor’s degrees (magna cum laude) in Journalism and Broadcasting, Television and Journalism from New Mexico State University and Sichuan University.
