Justin N. Ellison works on employment matters.

Justin assists clients in a wide range of workplace compliance, employee relations, and employment litigation disputes. He also assists with defending employers in arbitration, federal, and state court actions involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, restrictive covenant disputes, and other federal, state, and local regulatory compliance employment matters. Justin supports all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. He also works with lawyers on internal workplace investigations, responses to agency charges, and litigation strategy.
