  • A confidential international project developer on the sale of a solar and BESS development business including a portfolio of solar and battery development projects. 
  • Ampol on the sale of its retail electricity business to AGL. 
  • Energy Corporation of NSW on the financing aspects of the procurement of the regulated concession for the 6GW Central-West Orana renewable energy zone, NSW’s first competitively procured transmission network. 
  • MUFG Bank, Ltd, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Westpac Banking Corporation on the project financing of Eku Energy’s 250MW / 500MWh Big Canberra Battery energy storage system, which will be located in Williamsdale in the ACT.

Background

Lewis holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics) from the University of Sydney, and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
