Maëva Da Silva
Maëva is an associate in the Finance team based in our Paris office.
She advises and assists clients on financing granted to companies. Her practice covers a wide range of financing transactions, including real estate finance, project finance and corporate finance, advising both lenders and borrowers.

Background
Maëva graduated from the University Paris-Panthéon-Assas with a bachelor's degree in Private Law, a postgraduate degree in Business Law, as well as a Certificate in Banking and Financial Law. She also passed the CRFPA bar examination at the IEJ Pierre Raynaud, specializing in Business Law. She was a trainee lawyer at the EFB, part of the Jacqueline Laffont class of 2024/2025, and obtained her CAPA in October 2025, with specializations in Business Law and Mergers & Acquisitions.
