Paula Cürten is an associate in the Intellectual Property team, specializing in patent litigation and strategic dispute resolution.

Among other things, Paula Cürten advises national and international clients in the fields of telecommunications, media, high tech, and life sciences on all aspects of Intellectual Property Law.

Early on, Paula has focused on representing clients in patent infringement matters. Her practice mainly consists of handling complex patent infringement cases before German courts and the Unified Patent Court (UPC), where she is a registered representative. 

In addition, she has experience in handling litigation related to trademarks and unfair competition issues.

Background

Paula Cürten graduated from the Heinrich-Heine-University of Düsseldorf with a focus on Intellectual Property. During her legal clerkship, she worked for another international and national law firm in the field of Intellectual Property.
