Ruth has extensive London real estate experience, having worked on many leading investment, development, energy and infrastructure projects. Ruth is currently living in Bahrain and is bringing her London expertise to the Middle East, working with both the London and Dubai offices.
Ruth has substantial experience across all types of real estate matters: large regeneration and development projects, portfolio financings, complex sales and investments, landlord and tenant asset management, as well a wide mix of energy and infrastructure related projects. Ruth has also worked transactions involving life sciences, renewable energy and ESG related matters.
Ruth has published legal articles on Practical Law and Lexology, is an active contributor to the firm's knowledge team, and delivers training sessions.

- a Sovereign Fund on the establishment of its £1.5 billion life sciences joint venture platform with PSP and Longfellow and the acquisition of Capital Park which will be developed into a life sciences property
- a joint venture between British Land and GIC* on the development, letting and management of the Broadgate Estate, a mixed use, office scheme in the City of London with a market value in excess of £4 billion
- Iberdrola on the UK's largest solar PV transaction to date, consisting of the acquisition of 12 projects at the pre-construction stage located across England, Wales and Scotland, with a combined capacity of 519MW
- related Argent on its major regeneration scheme for Tottenham Hale, London
- a syndicate of international lenders led by principal client, Standard Chartered Bank, on a £625 million debt facility for one of London's largest regeneration projects
- Transmission Capital Partners Limited on due diligence on various offshore windfarm sites to acquire land interests both onshore and offshore
- Lloyds Bank on a refinancing of a portfolio of shopping centres in the UK and Scotland, a refinancing of a portfolio of grocery stores and the financing of a portfolio of life science parks
Background
Ruth joined HSF Kramer LLP as a trainee solicitor in September 2008. Since qualifying in 2010, Ruth has worked on a wide variety of commercial property matters for a range of key clients, leading large and complex transactions.
