Seán is an associate in our London team with a focus on non-contentious UK and EU competition law. He advises clients across a range of transactional and advisory matters. Seán's practice includes UK and EU merger control, foreign direct investment review, and general competition compliance.
Background
Seán studied Law at Trinity College Dublin, graduating with an LLB. Prior to joining the firm, Seán trained and qualified at a leading Irish law firm in Dublin.
