Watsanun is a Bangkok-based Associate in our Disputes practice, supporting clients across litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
She advises clients on contentious and risk driven matters, drawing on experience in corporate, commercial, and cross border transactions. Her experience includes a focus on legal and regulatory research and assisting in the preparation of legal advice and memoranda. She also drafts and reviews a broad range of commercial agreements for Thai and international clients across sectors such as investment, real estate, and pharmaceuticals and healthcare, applying careful legal analysis and commercial judgement.
Her experience includes structured case analysis, evidence and issues review, and strategic preparation for negotiations and dispute resolution processes, as well as assisting with pleadings, written submissions and hearing preparation. She brings a careful, analytical, and detail oriented approach to her work. She speaks Thai and English and has basic proficiency in German, helping her work effectively with clients and counsel in both domestic and cross-border contexts.
