On Dec. 16, 2020, Kramer Levin client EQT Private Equity (EQT) announced that it has made a majority investment in Storable, a leading provider of software and technology to the self-storage industry. The deal is expected to close in Q2 2021. Kramer Levin is serving as insurance counsel on the deal.
