On Oct. 4, 2021, Sabal Capital Partners LLC (Sabal), owned in part by investment funds managed by Kramer Levin client Stone Point Capital LLC, announced that it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Regions Bank. The deal, the terms of which were not disclosed, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021.
