Hedge Fund Law Report: SEC Proposes New Rules for Security-Based Swaps

In the interview, Fabien discusses the main drivers and goals behind the SEC’s proposed rules to prevent fraud, manipulation and deception in connection with security-based swaps (SBSs) and undue influence over the CCOs of SBS dealers and major SBS participants (SBS Entities).
