Kramer Levin represented the structuring agent and joint active and passive bookrunners in connection with a $402 million securitization backed by a portfolio of commercial and industrial (C&I) solar assets. This was the first C&I securitization transaction ever completed. The securities were rated by Kroll Bond Rating Agency. The transaction closed on May 26, 2022.
