Kramer Levin Team Representing Highland Capital Given “Shout Out” in Litigation Daily’s Litigator of the Week

The Kramer Levin team representing Highland Capital was given a  “shout out” in Litigation Daily’s Litigator of the Week column on Aug. 26, 2022. The team, composed of Litigation partner Roy T. Englert, Jr., who argued the appeal, was recognized for securing a significant victory for client Highland Capital Management when the Fifth Circuit upheld all the key aspects of a bankruptcy court’s order confirming Highland Capital’s plan of reorganization.
