Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer achieves perfect score on 2026 Corporate Equality Index

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (HSF Kramer) has proudly achieved a score of 100 on the HRC Foundation's 2026 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), in recognition of our staunch commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.

The CEI was launched by HRCF in 2002 as a roadmap and benchmarking tool to help U.S. businesses achieve more inclusive and equitable workplaces for LGBTQ+ employees. It is the nation's foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. The rating criteria employed in the 2026 CEI included workforce protections, inclusive benefits, supporting an inclusive culture, corporate social responsibility and responsible citizenship.
