The Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB) has launched the "Diccionario Arbitral ALARB - Guía de Equivalencias de Términos en Arbitraje Internacional". Created by professionals, translators and specialist advisors, this useful and free-to-access tool contains a glossary of over 600 of the most used arbitration-related terms in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

This unique tool seeks to promote consistent use of arbitration terminology across the three languages, contributing to clear and effective communication in arbitration.

Christian Leathley, Global Co-Head of Herbert Smith Freehills' Public International Law Practice and Co-Head of our Latin America practice, was a member of the Review Committee for the publication.
