We have published the 2025 edition of our corporate governance report, Governance Insights 2025: Familiar themes but new directions, in which we discuss key governance issues and developments currently impacting governance professionals.
The report delves into an array of governance issues and developments, ranging from artificial intelligence in the board room, to responding to activist campaigns, to the state of play in relation to governance reform and the perennial hot topic of executive pay. Many of these issues came up in our interview with Jen Sisson, the CEO of the International Corporate Governance Network for the podcast which also forms part of this report.
