The new business court, known as the Rolls Building, is on track to open later this year. The fit out is due to commence at the end of March and be completed in July. The court is expected to be fully operational in October this year.
The new court will house the business-related divisions of the High Court, namely the Admiralty and Commercial Courts, the Technology and Construction Court and the Chancery Division (including the Bankruptcy and Companies Courts).
