Here is the third edition of the Pensions Disputes Quarterly, in which we summarise the key pensions cases from the last 3 months, as well as some non-pensions cases that impact on how disputes are handled.

In this edition, we consider:

  1. a High Court judgment which addressed issues as to the governing documents of a DB scheme;
  2. the Court of Appeal quashing an order giving creditor access to a pension; and
  3. a successful High Court Appeal against a Pension Ombudsman determination.

You can follow our latest thinking on the topics covered in the Planner on our UK pensions blog.

Please contact us if you would like to discuss any of the issues highlighted in this edition.
