Adam is an associate in the Competition, Regulation and Trade group based in Hong Kong.
Adam specialises in antitrust and competition law (anticompetitive practices, abuse of dominance, merger control for cross-border transactions).
Adam has experience in advising clients across several sectors, including energy and infrastructure, consumer, and technology, media and telecommunications.
Adam speaks English and French fluently and studied Spanish and Arabic at the University of Durham.

- advised Marubeni on its newly established 50/50 joint venture with Hitachi Construction Machinery Co. Ltd. for distribution of mining equipment and related parts in Brazil, as well as to provide additional ancillary services, with merger filings in Brazil and China

Adam worked with a big 4 accounting firm in London before obtaining his Master of Laws in Commercial Legal Practice and training at a Magic Circle law firm in London. Adam subsequently moved to Hong Kong as part of his training contract before becoming a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong and joining the firm in May 2024.
