Alex is a real estate solicitor based in our Sydney office.
Alex advises on complex commercial real estate transactions and the property aspects of corporate and financing transactions. His experience includes acquisitions and developments, major leasing, due diligence, infrastructure interfaces and renewable energy projects. Drawing on an international background, Alex brings a cross-market perspective and provides clear, pragmatic advice focused on commercial outcomes.
Alex works with property owners, developers, investors, financiers, government bodies and major occupiers across office, retail, residential, social infrastructure and energy assets. He assists through the transaction lifecycle, from title and tenure due diligence, acquisition structuring and development documentation to agreements for lease, leases, easements, construction access arrangements, execution and registration.
Alex also supports multidisciplinary teams on the real estate aspects of corporate and project financing transactions, helping identify material property risks and translate them into practical recommendations. He is valued for being responsive, commercially minded and able to coordinate detailed workstreams efficiently.
