Alex is an associate in the firm's dispute resolution and investigations practice.

Alex focuses his practice on commercial litigation and internal investigations. He represents domestic and international clients across a range of sectors, including financial services, energy and mining, and construction.

Alex has represented companies in US state and federal courts, and in international arbitrations, in several complex disputes including breach of contract actions, civil RICO actions, and enforcement proceedings. He also provides litigation avoidance and risk management advice on issues relating to contract terms, and internal investigations.

Background

Alex received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was the notes editor for the Annual Survey of American Law.  He received his M. Phil. from Oxford University, and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
