Alice is an associate in our Paris Intellectual Property team.

Alice counsels French and international clients on a spectrum of intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on litigation and enforcement. Her practice further encompasses media law, freeriding, and unfair competition.

Holding law degrees from France, the UK, and the USA, Alice offers a multijurisdictional perspective. She possesses particular experience in coordinating complex pan-European IP disputes.

Alice is a member of the Paris Bar and has successfully passed the California Bar. A native French speaker, she is fluent in English.

Alice's practice covers inter alia trademark prosecution, free-riding disputes, and cases of online infringement, including those related to broadcasting rights. She is also a UPC representative.

Alice further advises clients on transactions including international trademark coexistence agreements and assignment of copyright.

Background

Alice holds an LL.M in Entertainment, Media and Technology Law and Policy from UCLA Law School. 
She obtained a Master II in Intellectual Property from University Panthéon- Sorbonne with honors.
Alice graduated jointly from Nanterre University and the University of Essex with a first class LL.B and Maitrise.
