Amina is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team in London.
Amina works with developers and investors in relation to large scale development and regeneration projects and mixed-use schemes, as well as advising on complex landlord and tenant matters. She has a broad range of experience, including advising clients on joint ventures and direct and indirect acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets. She has a particular interest in healthcare and life sciences development.
Prior to joining HSF Kramer, Amina was legal director for a private healthcare provider, where she worked closely with the executive leadership team to provide responsive and business focused advice on a variety of legal, compliance, strategic and commercial matters.

Amina has an MA in English and French from the University of St Andrews and completed her GDL and LPC at The College of Law in London. She was admitted as a solicitor in 2011 and joined the firm in 2025.
