Angus is a senior associate in the Competition, Regulation and Trade group.
Angus specialises in competition litigation. He has experience advising clients on both claimant-side and defendant-side instructions and his practice focuses on high-value cases before the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) and the High Court.
Angus has advised clients on follow-on damages litigation arising from investigations by the European and UK competition authorities, standalone competition claims including collective actions (competition class actions) before the CAT, and competition claims commenced in the High Court.
