Anna is a senior associate in our corporate division, with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Anna advises both UK and overseas clients across a wide range of corporate transactions, including public takeovers, private acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
During her time at the firm, Anna has spent time on secondment at Sky and Virgin.
