Anne-Sophie Tomé

Her work involves a variety of esoteric and emerging asset classes, including residential and commercial & industrial solar assets, GPU financing transactions, fiber network assets, venture loans, recurring revenue loans, healthcare and life sciences loans, home improvement loans, consumer loans, classic car receivables and auto loans.

Prior to joining the firm, Anne-Sophie worked as an associate in the New York office of a global law firm with a primary focus on advising asset managers, borrowers, lenders and third-party equity investors on the taxation of collateralized loan obligations, secured lending transactions, structured financing arrangements and warehouse facilities.
