Ashlee is a Senior Associate in our Brisbane team.
For over a decade, Ashlee has been advising employers in all aspects of employment law, workplace relations and industrial relations. She has acted for clients in significant employment litigation before the Fair Work Commission and in state and federal Courts, including test cases. Her experience spans across various industries including education, aged care, childcare, healthcare, retail, and mining.
Ashlee is a passionate advocate and strives to deliver practical and solutions-focused outcomes that align with the commercial and strategic interests of her clients.
Ashlee was recognised in Doyles Guide as an Employment & WHS Rising Star in Queensland in 2023 and 2024, and has also featured in Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Business (Management) from Bond University. She was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2013 and the High Court of Australia in 2014.
