Aurélie Toujas
Aurélie is an associate who practices within the energy, mining and infrastructure team in our Paris office.
Aurélie, who is qualified as a lawyer in France, advises on general projects related matters in the energy and infrastructure sectors across France, Europe and the francophone regions of North and sub-Saharan Africa. Her expertise lies primarily in drafting and negotiating key project documents, including construction contracts, O&M contracts and PPAs, as well as addressing regulatory issues under both private and public law.
She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
Background
Aurélie holds a dual Franco-Spanish degree from Sciences Po Bordeaux and Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. She also holds a Master 2 in Public Business Law from the University of Bordeaux.
Prior to joining HSF Kramer, Aurélie gained experience in other international law firms, the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry and at Vinci Construction Grands Projets.
