Ava Goldberger works on banking and finance matters, assisting in the representation of borrowers and lenders in a variety of debt financing transactions.
Ava focuses on acquisition and leveraged financings, as well as fund financing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ava worked in the bankruptcy and banking and financial services practices of a national law firm. During law school, she interned with the Honorable Stacey Meisel of the United States Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey.
